Are LEASECOMPARE's results final, or is it possible to negotiate.

For example, I would like to negotiate:

1. Monthly payment.
2. Money Due at Signing.
3. Have taxes rolled into payment.

I've created a meticulous spreadsheet file that can come within a $1 of what a customer should pay for a lease and noticed that LEASECOMPARE's quotes are about $25-$35 over.

The monthly payment is made up of multiple factors. The money factor is not negotiable and the residual value can only be changed by raising or lowering your mileage allowance.

Money due at signing, including taxes, can usually be rolled into the lease payment.

One of the biggest factors that will affect the payment is the negotiated price of the vehicle.

They say everything is negotiable

That said the residual is set by the lease bank as is the money factor range - and as Tarry indicated dealing the price of the car down has a HUGE impact on your payment.

Other than that, the 3 things you mention that you want to negotiate are all connected so you need to understand the relationship between them. With good credit most least banks will let you do a "sign and drive" lease (nothing due at signing) but rolling everything into the cap cost means your payment will be a good bit higher. Same with taxes, if you live in a state where tax is due up front then adding them to the cap cost just means you pay more money each month.

So you have to decide if you want to have a low payment at the cost of paying more up front, or paying more each month but putting nothing out of pocket at signing - or something in between.

A business needs to make a profit to keep the doors open, LC is no different. They charge what appears to me as a good rate on the lease and they offer super service. You need to compare this against what your dealer will offer and see which is better for you. Sometimes the car companies have below market value lease deals to help get rid of slow movers. This can mean you can get a lease with a money factor of < 2% and sometimes < 1%. This can mean a captive lease will net you a lower payment or the same payment with less out of pocket.

Negotiate the price of the car down as much as you can, then get your quotes and decide which is the best way for you to go. Most lease banks will let you roll more into the cap cost (acquisition fee, taxes, etc) if you want to lessen the amount due at signing.
