 Post subject: 08 Infiniti G37 Lease?

I have a lease quote on a 2008 G37 and I want to get some opinions. Here is the list of features:

Journey
Premium
Nav
Sport
Spoiler
Splash Guards /Trunk mat (they are on the car already)

The MSRP is ~44500 selling price is around 40000ish (sorry,I don't have the exact number).

The lease is 519/month, 2500 total out of pocket (including first month) and 15k miles per year. I did not ask about the acq fee, but I will get to that on Monday. For now, I want to see how this looks. Based on what I have been crunching, it looks good, but I would like some more feedback. Thanks!

Without knowing the residual value and money factor there is no what to evaluate the deal.

You will need to get this info from them too.
