 Post subject: Question on current lease offer - can this be better?

Looking for some help navigating through next lease for BMW 09 528i. Dealer has offered this below. Looking for expertise in where and what should be negotiated or if parts of this look good in anyone's eyes. Please realize this is a high mileage lease for 23k miles per year. Can you get negotiate lower cap cost for BMW?

I've gone back and forth on lease VERSUS buy as welll - if any thoughts on that - please let me know as well! I appreciate your time and feedback.

Looks pretty much right on. The only thing on the lease side that you may do better on is the $925 bank fee. You should be able to get that down to $725.
