-What about if I end my lease before the time scheduled. Is there any fee? Any penalty?

-What If When I end my lease, I want to buy that car, all the money that I paid counts? Or not?

You really lose all the benefits of leasing when you exit before the scheduled term. For this reason DO NOT sign a lease for a term longer than you normally keep a vehicle.

There is usually an early termination fee and interest charges. It varies depending on how many remaining payments you have.

The price you can buy the vehicle for at the end of the lease is actually predetermined and stated in the lease agreement.
