Tarry, couple questions hope you can answer for me. I am looking to lease a 2011 Range Rover Supercharged
It seems Land Rover is now exclusively using Chase for their leases where as in the past they had their own captive leasing company. Is this right or do they still have a captive financing arm?
When a manufacturer outsources financing to a bank, do they still subsidize their leases? In other words, is getting a third part lease through Chase the same as leasing through Land Rover Financial / Chase Auto (same residuals / MFs)?
Are there any other competitive / significant players in third party leasing besides Chase and US Bank?
thx.

Yes, there are a couple of manufacturers that contract with a third-party bank to administer their leasing program.
The programs can still be subsidized either by rate and/or residual.
We try to offer at least one other option outside the captive to give you something to compare with.
Right now there are not too many options out there for leasing but you can be sure that when others get back into the market, we'll have 'em here!
