Using Pop-Up Windows
Some of our online services use "pop-up" windows to provide you with all the information you’ll need to complete your transaction. If you have third party pop-up blocker software installed on your computer, or have your Web browser set to block pop-ups, you’ll need to disable (uncheck) this option. If you have it set to block, you may find that some of our online services will not work for you.

If you’re using Netscape 7.1, it has a built-in pop-up option. By default, the blocking option is set to "off." Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 does not have this option.
